Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.
- Any promotional free-shipping offers will be automatically applied at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.
- In some cases, we may request advance courier charges to confirm the order.
Self Pickup

- If your parcel is delayed, returned, or undelivered due to incorrect address or unavailability, our team will contact you for resolution.
- Additional re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
Damaged or Missing Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures and order details.
- Claims made after this period may not be entertained.
