Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 working days
    Delivery times may vary slightly due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.
  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be automatically applied at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.
  • In some cases, we may request advance courier charges to confirm the order.

Self Pickup

  • Customers can opt for self pickup from our warehouse:

  • Please contact us on WhatsApp for pickup confirmation and timing before visiting.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (where applicable).
  • Please ensure your contact number and address are accurate to avoid delivery delays.

Delivery Issues

  • If your parcel is delayed, returned, or undelivered due to incorrect address or unavailability, our team will contact you for resolution.
  • Additional re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures and order details.
  • Claims made after this period may not be entertained.
