Lifetime Exchange

Need a different size? No problem.

You can exchange your purchase at any time, with no expiry date.

Lifetime Return

If you received a wrong or damaged article, you can return it at any time, subject to the policy conditions below.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll make it right. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and unboxing video so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Delivery charges incurred by Zorva for the order will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

Policy Conditions

Please notify us of your exchange or return request within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing zorvaent@gmail.com or calling/WhatsApp 03479777776. Once your request is registered within this period, you may send the item back at any time.

The item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with all original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

A complete unboxing video is mandatory for claims relating to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Re-shipping charges apply to size exchanges.

Sale or clearance items, customized or personalized products, and items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
