At Zorva, every pair leaves our warehouse with care — and we stand behind it completely.

Open Parcel — Your First Protection

Every Zorva parcel is Open Allowed. Open and inspect your shoes before paying the rider. If the article delivered is not as shown in our videos and product photos, you have every right to not accept the parcel — kindly contact us immediately on WhatsApp 03479777776 so we can resolve it right away.

Rs. 500 Confirmation Advance — Fully Refundable

All orders are confirmed with a small Rs. 500 advance, adjusted in your bill on delivery. This advance is 100% refunded in the following cases:

  • The item delivered does not match what was shown in our ads or product photos
  • The item is damaged or defective on arrival
  • A wrong article was delivered

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of the return being received and verified. Please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing on our end and your bank's end before the funds finally reflect in your account.

Lifetime Size Exchange

Need a different size? Not a problem — ever. You can request a size exchange at any time, with no expiry date. Simply notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to register your request, and we'll take it from there.

Re-shipping charges apply for size exchanges.

Returns — Wrong, Damaged, or Incorrect Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was advertised, we'll make it right — no arguments.

To raise a return:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Share your order number and a complete unboxing video (mandatory for all damage or incorrect-item claims)
  • We'll confirm and guide you through the next steps

Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for damage, defect, or wrong-item claims — no exceptions
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible
  • Sale, clearance, or customised items are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
